Hi from Nairn
Hi from Nairn
Thought I'd post a hello. I've been a Lotus owner for around 10 years, first with an S1 111s Elise & then since 2013 a 2008 S2 Exige.
I finally got to move to the Highlands after many years of wishing in 2016.
To say I look forward to a summer of driving on these fantastic roads in the Exige is an understatement & hope to possibly meet up with a few others doing the same.
I've previous & many good memories & friends with MLOC in the Derbyshire area, but while working up here for number of years have been reading on Scottish Elises & can clearly draw a parallel.
Exciting times...

Hi Murray, welcome to S_E, hope you enjoy your move up to Scotland. I am probably your closest neighbour at Keith, and there is Iain Thomas from the Black Isle.
I am retired so plenty of time on my hands. If you enjoy getting out on road runs with select friends then we arrange those, but not as often as we used to, and KH is handy if you are going to go on track.
It is an easy going friendly Forum, much like the one you have come from, but it is a lot quieter than it used to be, the old gits are getting older and settled down into family lives rather than the young tearaways that they used to be.
