In Italy? not even one (broke hand mid-way and then I restarted working in the oilfield)
Previous to that 2 seasons in Mexico in a CBR900 (open class)

133 in my standard elise. 160 mph in my current elise. That was on flat roads. i sauspect with a slipstream and a big hill that 170 is possible.

138 in the Snot (2 up without windscreen but no helmet

, chasing a 996 GT3 on way back from Le Mans this year

) - was a bit blustery
170 in the RS6 on a private road with a 9 and an A in it

- very stable, still some to go, so I suspect it's been de-limited

little ol 135mk tops out about 125mph with the close ratio box. Might get more with less wind.
Audi S6 (preRS6 uberbarge) hits the speed limiter hard at 155mph... still pulls like it's in third up to that point.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....

nudged 120 (by the speedo) on a welsh dual private driveway, dry and pretty much empty at the time.
standard S2, and was surprised at how well it pulled over the ton.
then i remembered how much i like actually having a licence (and my liberty) and cooled it.

did exactly the same on a Scottish dual driveway
Managed to exceed the Punto's spec top speed by 5mph on a downhill ski slope in Glencoe on way to TT2005, probably was the Lotus badge that I had fitted that contributed to the record speed
