Another VXT owner here!
Yes, the VXT doesn't handle quite as well as the NA, but I've not had any problems leaving the NA behind around Knockhill, and I'm no great driver. I would expect the VXT to be quicker around Knockhill, with the NA maybe quicker around somewhere like Cadwell.
Craig, you gonna post up a pic of the front badge on your car? I'm sure everyone here would love to see it...

Round Knockhill my standard VXT was 2 seconds quicker than my standard NA. Cornering speeds were more or less the same. Terminal speed on both straights accounted for the lower lap time.
