Scart splitters

Could anyone recommend a decent Scart splitter. I finally realised that my cheap £5 job off ebay is a piece of crap, and having more than one thing plugged into seriously affects sound/picture quality.

My main requirement (apart from it not making the picture and sound shocking) is that I don't need to manually switch the thing!
