Well, I got round to claying the car yesterday. Fookin 'ell . . . what a difference! It came up like a sheet of glass! Well worth the effort. The claying only took about an hour and a half, but I ended up doing an 8 hour day:

Washed all body work and wheels;
Clayed entire car with clay bar and Meguiars detailer spray lubricant;
Polished up some scuffs/scratches with T-Cut - managed to get rid of them :D;
Polished entire car with a mild polish;
Waxed entire car with carnuba wax;
Hoovered/cleaned interior;
Tyre shine and cleaned up air intakes and other plastic/rubber;
Cleaned and protected soft top.

Phew! The hardest bit was actually polishing up the wax, but it was worth it for the shine! Amazing! A guy at KH actually commented on how clean and shiny my car was today :D Will only do the full lot above twice a year. Will stick to standard wash each week or two with a coat of wax every now and again.

D

P.S. Yes . . . I know I'm sad . . . I should have been out driving the car on a day like yesterday! :)
