The search continues......

*edit* Just browsing piston heads - is this 111s anyone on here?: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/105397.htm
I know this car, friend of mine owns it. Tidy car - think he's after an Exige now.

You could, of course, come and have a look at my 1999 S1 135 (chrome orange, Avo suspension - adjustable, Mintex pads front, green stuff rear, good history, yoko A539s, k&n, janspeed, powder coated grey wheels) yours for £13k.... i'm near Inverurie. I'll PM you with my mobile if your interested....

like your thoughts... go for an S1! :thumbsup
dont know if your considering buying it? if so, as an only car??
i could not handle an S1 as an everyday car (during winter) - although some in here will flame me for that! :?

that 'looks' like a nice car - its a bit on the expensive side mind you if you compare it to my car i bought in October

It would only be a weekend car, i get the bus or walk to work so it would purely be for driving pleasure at the weekends :)

Re: prices just started looking again so not really sure what the going rate is, the more i search about the more i'll get an idea - but 9k seems like a pretty awesome deal! :)

I change my feelings every week on whether to get an S1 or S2 - i love the front of the S1 and the rear of the S2 - maybe i should just get a cut n shut of the two ;)

It will ultimatly come down to which one is better to drive (for me) - that reminds me, DaveG - i need a shot of yours for the weekend to see what its like to live with
