They key with small dogs is to put your foot under them and lift, you'll get more range. If you kick them, they tense up and don't fly as well.... :D

You should get a parrot. You could teach it to swear.

It could accompany the Hawk and shout things like "RUN! ya feckin eejit, this things a nutter!"

Where do you fly, Neil? Be fascinating to come watch sometime. I recently saw a guy flying a bird on the Stewarts Turf fields near us... didn't look like it was you though.
