Knockhill Top Marques - 28th Jan 07

Post by Stewart » Sun Jan 28, 2007 5:11 pm

Went up for a wee while today. The track was quiet. It looked a little greasy early on. A lot of different machines out today of varying degress of speed and capability, but driving manners appeared to be quite good.

I didn't intend to take too many today but as usual ending up with more than 200  Many of them were crap however here are a few that have been saved from the recycle bin.

As usual, please let me know if you want your picture removed (I don't 'shop out plates) or if you would like a hi-res copy for your own use.

(I noticed that Neil had spotted me and could resist some sideyways action :))

I'll email you the best that I have maybe half a dozen or so. I'll probably send them one or two at a time otherwise my mail server can't cope.

No worries about using them on your website. Here's hoping it helps to get some sponsorship.

I'll catch you next time out for some passenger rides.

Cheers

That last one is a cracker.

I was reading about the clio cups (the white clio) the other day, apparently you can walk into any renault dealer and order one. There is one in the showroom at Sighthill, sequential box etc. £30k though !

I was keen to get up to KH today, but couldnt in the end. Looked like an awesome mix of cars out incl the Murcielago.

I also finally got round to ordering a helmet online so definately heading up on the 25th Feb as an excuse to use it. :)

the Lambo was rubbish  they should make the owners learn to drive them properly before they sell it to them

Ha, think the guy has just got it (he lives a few miles from me).

I think if I was piloting about £110k I`d be a bit careful....

I think I remember a vid from the KH motorfair during the public pax rides in cars, shot from a Porsche following a Lambo, both lapping at around 67 secs. Wooo scary.....
