Hi Tut,
Not much to update.
Still no settlement from Admiral.
Still no pull from the Procurator Fiscal.
Was told yesterday by the consultant that my back will always give me problems, and don't go lifting heavy things. Been swimming loads to try and help.
Other than that not much to report. May be up at KH on the 10th just to mentaly torcher myself

I fractured my spine twice, once in '66, again in '72, but got away without backpain until I was 50 odd, so you may be good for a few years yet.
