Don't forget to replace the clutch release bearing while it is out as they aren't too relable

Cheers Thinforth, hadnt thought about the bearing, had seen on sites that people had problems with it tho. Mine was quiet but prob still worth replacing. Interesting you had the same ringgear problem. I phoned Caterham and they said they had only heard of it happening once before.
Jon - Its away getting fixed.

Bank said no to the R500 aluminium flywheel.
