Good afternoon Clarke. The apartment is still availble and is £300 per week. There are more photos available at http://tinyurl.com/2w85g9 . The flat would be perfect for a a husband, wife and child.
I will be in the apartment repainting it throughout this weekend with builders and also fitting a new shower cubicle and would be happy to show you or your business associate round.

Regards

Sanjoy

Hello Sanjoy Prasad,
I'm very glad to read your prompt reply regarding the Double Room am letting for my wife and duagther as i have made it known to you in my enquiry.
I just want to be very sure of the surrounding of the Room that everythings is in order due to the distance between us.although the last time i came down to U.k was two years ago with my wife and my daughter and we really enjoyed our stayed then,i hope they will also enjoy the apartment this time around.
I have one or two question to ask;I hope they will meet the Room just as you have written in the advert page when they arrive?
your price is ok by me and every other thing it's ok with me,i will try as much as i can make arrangment for the deposit in order to avoid delay in receiving the payment and also to secure the booking.
I will have to instruct my associate to issue out the Cheque or Bankers Draft as soon as i recieve the payment Info from you.
Also, i want to let you aware that my associate will be issuing out an over payment cheque to you,After you might have gotten the Cheque, you will have to take it to your bank and have it deposited into your account for clearance and get back to me with the clearing date, and have the excess funds Sent to the travelling Agent for the flight ticket via western union money transfer same day the Cheque clears your bank then you will deduct your money for the rent which is (£1,200 + £50 gives you £1,250,being payment for 1month deposit rent payment.) and also keep £50 for your running around.
Kindly forward the necessary information for the payment to be sent to you immediately, find below the informations you need to send to enable you get payment:

NAME THAT WILL BE WRITTEN ON THE CHEQUE................
FULL ADDRESS..................
AREA CODE.................
STATE.......
CELL PHONE NUMBER..............

So, i will be expecting your mail back shortly in order to proceed with this matter also will get back to you shortly concerning the question you asked.
Best Regards,
Peterson

As soon as the words "Western Union", "agent" & "overpayment" are uttered, you can place a pretty good bet on it being a con.

Yeah its a scam. The clues are usually wanting to pay with a bankers draft and using an 'associate' to pay more than the amount required.

I've just won a bundle from Microsoft.
Good to see they're encouraging people to be vigilant about scammers.
You'd think they'd know that their boss's surname has a 'S' on the end though.
