Might be worth stating that Myles needs somewhere secure due to his less than secure current communal parking :(

I suggested he finds a new flat to rent with better parking if anyone knows of any in the Edinburgh central area.

There's a garage for sale in the Belgrave Crescent Lane - a snip at offers over 50K - mind you it's been up a while - if it's still there in a month I might make a sneaky offer on it :-) It's too big for a seven though ...

Yeah, I was thinking there has to be a better way to invest that sort of ca$h.

BUT, you cannot replace an engine in a unit trust fund* ;-)

* this shouldn't be construed as financial advice!

Just so long as nobody uses a grinder on-site...
...like the guy who did in an old barn near us on Sunday. Whole building went up in flames*, with collection of vintage cars inside

*Reportedly was grinding near a fuel tank

Anyway, back on topic... hope someone here can help Myles out :)

Ta.

I was right about that Transit van - it now lives on the road with a replaced sliding side-door. :(

I suspect that petty-theft is the main aim, it's just too-easy for someone to make my 7 inoperable though. Cosmetics mean nothing compared to functionality for me these days...

If left in the street it might be safer?

Due to nowhere for our friendly scum balls to hide

Or you could put some fake CCTV cameras up for scumballs to see

Or you could hire our friendly pest control person to hide in a van and then pop out put a cap in their ass and hide the bodys

Need one of those car alarms from (cant remember the film either Total Recall, the Running Man or RoboCop something pish like that anyway) where the scum touches the car and gets fried!

Err, not strictly legal ... but if they were to accidentally come to harm from some sort of freak eagle attack, who's to say what really happend ;-) I mean we all know that the birds of prey have started to form gangs and pick on neds ...
