Neil/Andy I now have a confirmed pass for testing and the race - I'll be taking the bus down in order to carry tools and so on. I'll be heading down Thursday after work sharp, so ideally I would have collected anything that I need to take for you earlier in the week - esp. so in Neil's case as it's easy to pop over to Andy's at the last minute.

Two things for you guys to consider:

(a) What do you need me to carry down (happy to take anything that will fit, prefer not to carry fuel canisters though). I'll be taking my complete tool kit, but feel free to bung in more tools.

(b) Access to the paddock on the two days - do I get some sort of pass or do I need to buy tickets somehow?

Cheers,
Robin

all i need is gaffa tape and a hammer  i take it your toolkit includes a low entry jack??

I might bring you a spare set of wheels if they will fit??

I will give you a entry ticket, a hospitality ticket, and a VIP paddock parking pass for the bus

Also, going to book rooms at the premier vomit inn we stayed in last time. Would sir like his own room, or are you happy to share with Andy?

I will be going down thursday night for a full days testing on friday. Need to stop my car oversteering like a barsteward when the tyres get too hot.

I'll look into hotels for TSE
I know a fair bit about suspension theory. Can you describe more where in the corner you get the problem.

i.e initial entry phase/mid turn/exit phase
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....

Northwich is the one we stayed in. Northwich South is also an option if Northwich is full.

I am happy to share with Andy if he is, but no stress either way.

Robin

I hope there isn't much to do, but if there is then another pair of hands won't go amiss.

Tom, there will be a spare ticket for you. You can scam a lift with Andy or Robin (i am taking nicola). like robin says, hopefully there wont be that much to do, unless disaster strikes and we have to do major gaffa tape work

I have booked hospitality for me, nicola, robin and andy.

Did the same at snett, but didnt actually use it. I think its worth it if it pisses down with rain, but not required if its sunny.

also, hotels booked at northwich premier travell inn, its only 4 miles from the circuit and has a bar, for anyone who is interested.
