RS4 - Finally gave it a wash!

Post by xtreme » Mon Apr 12, 2010 12:47 pm

Thought it came up rather well for a quick wash! If only it would stay that way, matt black is a bloody nightmare to keep clean!

It's an amazing finish, looks great in the sun. I take it even light jet washing is out due to the wrap?

Has been jet washed once - they say you can, but not sure I would do it again?

Bugger to keep clean tho!

that looks cracking, really 8)

I would use the jetwash but would just be cautious ie don't go too close, don't aim at joins and so on. It should be able to take some punishment, have seen vinyl signs getting jetwashed and seemed to hold up well.

Are you able to put on a wax or other LSP or would it make it look naff?
