Relisted due to "dreamers".
It's always been a dream of mine to own half a written off Elise.

'Repairable', as in 'take everything off it and put it on a new chassis'
Doable, but not economical....

the side beam has been removed so the chassis is scrap they are the most expensive extrusions as they are curved and I doubt lotus or even hydro would sell a replacement the car is only usefull for parts

You can get a complete bare chassis (if you wait long enough) The manufacture process means it's not really suitable for fixing. So if you were daft enough, you could buy a bare chassis and re-chassis it.
Like I say, uneconomical

Surely you would have to buy a new chassis or else it would be classed as a ringer?
The only "dreamers" are the people selling it.
